Discover 1st-Marjan residential complex, a transformative project that reinvented an existing two-story structure into a ten-floor oasis. Featuring innovative design and stunning views, 1st-Marjan residential complex offers a unique living experience.

The corridor connecting integral elements of the house- from entrance to terraces- is destined to embrace a characteristic.
Framing the eastern view and exposing the units to the exterior on three sides was achieved through relocating the second stairway and removing a structural axis.
This characteristic is defined in dividing the building into four types of residential units including a duplex on top.
