The design of the Bazaz Residence encountered significant constraints due to its location within the dense urban fabric of Tehran, specifically in terms of site limitations and building setbacks. To address these challenges, a design strategy was developed that incorporated projected balconies. This architectural element not only enhanced the residential experience within the unit but also contributed to the overall urban composition by harmonizing with the curved façade of the neighboring building.
