A project old existing structure was commisioned to us on Meygun.
Residential buildings are situated along the road to Fasham, Mighoon, and Darbandsar, only 2 kilometers from Tehran’s center, offering a peaceful escape from urban hustle and pollution.

Meygun enjoys a mild, cool climate, influenced by its location near the northern mountains of Tehran. It experiences a humid, semi-humid climate with long, cold winters, averaging around 13 degrees Celsius annually, and temperatures can drop below minus 15 degrees in winter. The area’s lush nature and fresh air make it ideal for outdoor activities, attracting tourists. .
