Simultaneously with the growth in population and the expansion of cities, the demand for constructing commercial centers that cater to various segments of society, including families and young people, is continually increasing. The emphasis is on respecting the quality of time spent by users in a shopping center. The new city of Parand is also experiencing an increased necessity for entertainment and business centers due to the population growth.
