An overhaul of horizontal and vertical circulation and alteration of structural system was achieved through the addition of two concrete cores to enhance the spatial quality of units embracing various views of caspian sea and southern greeneries.
The use of glass walls allows for a seamless connection between the indoor space and the outstanding outdoor scenery, enhancing the sense of spaciousness. The combination of wood flooring and stone walls creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, blending modern aesthetics with natural elements.
Large windows invite an abundance of natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Recessed ceiling lights complement this illumination, contributing to the room’s modern aesthetic. The overall design for tavous residential complex fosters a strong connection with the outdoor environment, transforming the space into a serene and inviting retreat perfect for unwinding and relaxation.
